Service Description

Thai Foot Massage is a wonderful therapy, incorporating elements of Shiatsu, Reflexology & Chinese massage together with Indian Ayurvedic principals and even Japanese Shiatsu, this therapeutic foot & lower leg treatment is both invigorating & deeply relaxing producing a deep & unique feeling. It’s an ancient, holistic treatment passed down from generation to generation over thousands of years. The reflexology principals within a Thai foot massage will also give benefit to the whole body – not just the region being treated. In Thai teaching, there are no fewer than 10 Sen or energy lines in the feet that map to all areas of the body. By using the whole hand, fingers and a Wooden Thai Stick, stretching and acupressure stimulate reflex points. Leaving you feeling relaxed, yet energised. You will be made comfortable on the warm massage couch, wrapped in blankets and given a weighted and gently scented Eye Pillow to place over your eyes to help you begin to relax. Your Thai Foot treatment begins with a warm, refreshing foot cleanse and dried off with warm towels. A nourishing and moisturising Massage Balm will be applied to the feet and lower legs which actively help to improve cracked and damaged skin at the same time as aiding smooth massage strokes. Relax as you feel your whole body benefits from this wonderful foot massage. Time will be given at the end of your treatment to fully arrive back at the here and now with a choice of a glass of water or cup of warm herbal tea. Many clients say they feel they have had a full body massage after receiving a Thai Foot Massage. One definitely not to be missed.
