Booking & Cancellation Policy

I consider myself very blessed and extremely grateful that I have a following and such loyalty from my clients and I appreciate each and every one of you for supporting me and it saddens me to have to put this Policy in place, but I need to cover my Business and my income to keep a roof over the heads of my family. I hope you understand my decision to put this in place. I've thought long and hard about this and feel it is something I have had to do. I offer a valuable service, I put my heart and soul into every treatment I offer and I want to continue to do that for a very long time to come.

 

Payment in full will be required at the time of booking your appointment with Escape & Rebalance. This is non-refundable upon cancellation.  (In exceptional circumstances, a Voucher may be offered - please contact to discuss).​

 

In the event of rearranging your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment slot, the payment will be transferred along with the rearranged appointment.
