Booking & Cancellation Policy
I consider myself very blessed and extremely grateful that I have a following and such loyalty from my clients and I appreciate each and every one of you for supporting me and it saddens me to have to put this Policy in place, but I need to cover my Business and my income to keep a roof over the heads of my family. I hope you understand my decision to put this in place. I've thought long and hard about this and feel it is something I have had to do. I offer a valuable service, I put my heart and soul into every treatment I offer and I want to continue to do that for a very long time to come.
Payment in full will be required at the time of booking your appointment with Escape & Rebalance. This is non-refundable upon cancellation. (In exceptional circumstances, a Voucher may be offered - please contact to discuss).
In the event of rearranging your appointment 48 hours prior to your appointment slot, the payment will be transferred along with the rearranged appointment.
Payment can be made via BACS or PayPal.
