What is Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)?

'Emotional Freedom Technique', also known as 'Tapping' or 'Tapping Therapy' is a method that combines elements of cognitive therapy and exposure therapy with acupressure (tapping on meridian points).

Why EFT?

EFT helps us discover just how our thoughts, beliefs and emotions affect our bodies and our lives. EFT enables us to make the changes we desire by gently tapping with the fingertips on specific acupressure points on the face & body, while giving focused attention to uncomfortable thoughts and feelings so we can more consciously make the changes we desire to live a rich and full life.

EFT is scientifically proven to rewire the brain by sending signals to the Amygdala, the stress centre of the brain, releasing limitations from negative experiences, emotions, thoughts and much more, that hold us back from creating the life we want.

EFT is already used in many settings including Hospitals, Schools, Hospices and many other Health Care Providers. EFT is validated by ongoing scientific research.
