Autumn Mabon Treatment

Service Description

This Autumnal treatment begins with a ritual of the lighting of a candle, a portal to strengthen your inner balance for the Season. Your offering will be set on the Alter and if you have made a note of anything you wish to leave behind/release, this can be placed here too. This treatment is about warmth, enabling a transformation from one Season to the next, preparing for the colder weeks ahead. The treatment couch will be warm and welcoming, you will be made comfortable and cosy. Crystals will be placed around the room, on and around your body as you are led to connect with your breath and ground in. We step into a short meditation here to prepare you for any releasing that is required. During which cleansing of your body and the room will take place using Palo Santo. The Tibetan Singing Bowl will be used here to create vibrations which resonate with your body to aid deep relaxation and to support muscle regeneration and relieve any pain held in the body. Next you will be gently turned over to lay face down on the treatment couch. Warm oil infused with Benzoin, Bergamot & Ginger will be used together with Warm Bamboo Sticks to gently ease away any tension, tightness, aches & pains around the back, neck and shoulders. You will be gently asked to turn over onto your back as you snuggle down and allow any tension to be swept away from your head, scalp, neck & face with a warming blend of Argon Oil blended with Benzoin. Your treatment ends with another cleansing of Palo Santo as you are guided back to the present moment. A lovely warm Herbal Tea will be offered as you find your way back to the here and now. This treatment is approximately 90 minutes long with ample time either side and your investment is £60.
