Service Description

These sessions are suitable for anyone, if you are unable to attend the Beginners Meditation Workshop, this would be a great place to start to learn to Meditate. It is also suitable if you have suffered certain traumas or if you struggle to relax and switch off. Having a 1:1 session gives Wendy the opportunity to give you 100% of her time during the session.
