A warm candlelight room welcomes you and so begins your journey to begin this journey, a ritual of lighting of a candle will take place to embrace the darkness of winter, here you can set some intentions for the coming months before you get comfy on the warm cosy bed waiting for you. Some time will be spent cleansing your whole body, working down your chakras with white sage, paying particular attention to the Solar Plexus. Crystals to lovingly aid and support healing, opening, clearing and balancing will be placed on your Solar Plexus at intervals throughout the treatment which will lead you step into your personal power, enabling you to set goals and boundaries with a sense of purpose, while bringing some grounding connection to your body with some nourishing breathwork, introducing some sound here to aid further relaxation. Your body will slowly begin to relax, with every exhale you take your body will soften a little bit more. The next part of your journey flushes out toxins and any built up tension held within the body. A gorgeous fusion of blended Essential Oils of Frankincense to promote a state of relaxation, encouraging slower and deeper breathing, uplifting your emotions and enhancing your wellbeing. Geranium brings balance to your body and mind while helping to soothe tired and aching muscles. Uplifting Orange Essential Oil naturally revitalises and supports your body's natural detoxification process. A perfect blend to allow letting go and releasing of any unwanted thoughts, feelings, emotions being held within the body. Long, sweeping strokes to the whole of the front legs, arms, back, neck and shoulders and backs of legs promote further relaxation as your mind, body and spirit let go and release. The final part of your journey will be spent in a beautiful juicy short guided healing meditation, where seeds will be planted and intentions set. To celebrate your journey, a drink of something warm will be offered which ends this deeply powerful treatment.
