The ultimate 1 hour 20 mins of pure relaxation. Massage from your fingertips to your toes. Includes head, feet, hands, tummy optional, head, neck and scalp. Aromatherapy Oils are optional and if safe to use add the perfect touch to your massage experience. A warm, calming environment awaits you for your massage experience, candlelight and subtle aromatherapy oils diffusing into the room bring the first glimpses of relaxation. You will be made comfortable on a warm massage couch before your massage begins. Any aromatherapy oils chosen will be blended and your top to toe massage begins with the backs of your legs, easing out any tension held in those large muscles of the legs, moving up onto your back, using lots of long sweeping strokes, kneading around the shoulders where tension collates and gentle petrissage around the neck area easing away any tightness. You will be gently guided to turn over as your massage continues with the fronts of your legs, down into your ankles and feet, allowing any tightness to slip away from the tips of your toes, moving onto your belly to reduce any bloating (if required), your arms, around your wrists and into the delicate bones and muscles of your hands, up around the shoulders, upper chest and decolletage and neck area and ending with a blissful head and scalp massage to ease away any tension held. Your treatment closes with time to bring yourself back to the present moment, a glass of crystal infused water or a warm herbal tea is offered to ground you back.
